Boutique named one of England's best for vintage fashion
A WINCHESTER boutique has been named one of England’s best shops for vintage fashion after two years of trading.
Stardust Years, in Walcote Place, was featured in Visit England's Top Ten Amazing Places to Visit for Vintage Finds.
The store, selling ladies' clothing from the Victorian era to the 1980s, was opened in 2013 by Karen Fitzsimmons and husband Gary Nicholson.
Ms Fitzsimmons said: “We’re absolutely delighted to be included in this national list. We wanted to open a shop that fitted well with the heritage and beauty of our lovely city.
"Being just off the High Street, opposite the Man on the Horse statue, we hope this accolade will help put us more firmly on the map."
