Papa Johns: aiming to open on City Road
A PIZZA company is appealing against the refusal to allow the conversion of a bike shop in Winchester city centre.
Papa Johns wants the change of use at the former Hargroves Cycles shop on City Road.
The appeal against the refusal of permission by the city council will be dealt with by an exchange of written representations.
