THE Southampton branch of an accountancy firm has announced a new service to help troubled businesses. Wilkins Kennedy have launched its Restructuring and Recovery (R&R) service which will offer insolvency and rescue advice for cash-strapped businesses. The Southampton office of the firm will work with staff in Romsey, Winchester and Portsmouth to provide the service. Responsible for the R&R service for the southern region is Keith Stevens, who said: “The firm’s expansion in the Portsmouth and Southampton areas saw an increased demand for an R&R function, therefore we felt the time was right to open a permanent resource within the Southampton office to cover all the south coast offices.”
