TRADERS and business people from Basingstoke’s Top of The Town are set to hold a second meeting to discuss how to spend a £100,000 Government windfall to improve this area of town.
The September 12 meeting will take place at the Deanes Building, at the Civic Offices, in London Road, starting at 6pm.
