The chief executive of Hampshire-based affordable housing provider Radian is to stand down.

Lindsay Todd will be leaving the group, which has its HQ in Eastleigh, at the end of August.

Radian's chair Carol Bode said: "The board is thankful to Lindsay for his 17 years of service and leadership; he has steered the organisation through a period of immense growth and change, including a successful three-way merger, creating an organisation six times larger than when he joined and set against a backdrop of constantly shifting sector landscapes. We are grateful to him for all he has accomplished during his time at Radian."

“The oard has been interviewing potential candidates and can now confirm Mick Sweeney as interim CEO. Mick will be joining Radian in August for a period of approximately nine to 12 months.”

Lindsay Todd commented: “It has been a great privilege to have led Radian over the past 17 years. I have had the pleasure of working with some of the best people in the sector and I wish them all the very best success in the future. Radian is embarking on a period of organisational transformation, so it is the right time for me to leave the business and hand over the leadership to Mick Sweeney.”
