WINCHESTER women are daring to bare as part of a new range of workshops aimed at boosting confidence.

Louise Hill and Helen Johnstone have set up Discovering Diamonds, a series of workshops designed to help women through divorce, bereavement and retirement with a chance to learn new skills.

In addition, women of all backgrounds can get involved in sessions to help improve confidence and self-esteem and even take part in a special photo-shoot once the workshops are finished.

Helen Johnstone, a clinical hypnotherapist, added: “Every woman has a sparkle within; it just sometimes needs a bit of help to be uncovered.

“Through our new venture, we will be discovering diamonds, helping women with their identity, authenticity, confidence, selfesteem, purpose and passion.”

Ms Hill, an experienced personal coach and style counsellor, said: “We were blown away by the positive response we got when we posted for volunteers and can’t thank or praise our ten brave models highly enough.

“We were thrilled that the idea was received so positively as it shows that all women, whatever their age, body shape or inner confidence, are strong and beautiful.

“The resulting photographs are truly inspiring as well as being gorgeous.”

The first workshop takes place at Norton Park Hotel in Sutton Scotney on May 18.
