A HAMPSHIRE-BASED insurance firm has become one of the first insurers to achieve an industry recognition of all its core services.

Ageas, which has its headquarters in Chandler’s Ford, has achieved ServiceMark Accreditation for all three insurance product areas – home, motor and travel. 

It was the first ever insurer to achieve ServiceMark accreditation for its home insurance products in 2013.

Now it has received the same accolade for its travel and motor claims and underwriting services by the Institute of Customer Service.

This is the professional body dedicated to leading customer service performance and professionalism in the UK.

Over 100 organisations have completed or are working towards ServiceMark.
