A WINCHESTER housing developer has moved to a new premise.
Alfred Homes has moved into the former Coutts Bank building, a traditional double-fronted Victorian property, in Parchment Street.
Managing director Gregg Joslin said: “Externally, this is a very attractive building, but it did need some TLC on the inside but we are pleased to have found a new office location where our growing team can be based, and where we can meet clients and colleagues.
“This office complements our other office and provides an excellent environment in which to work, right in the heart of the city.”
