ALDERMASTON-based Pump Technology has acquired a sanitation company in Warwickshire.

The leading water, waste-water and sewage pumping station suppliers at Youngs Industrial Estate purchased marine sanitation business LeeSan for an undisclosed sum.

LeeSan specialises in everything to do with sanitation for boats and marinas. The firm has also developed a large market share in pump out stations, welfare and hospitality sanitation, providing a perfect crossover for the businesses.

Pump Technology managing director Jeremy Brownlee said the LeeSan Pump Out division will benefit tremendously from this new relationship and call on the expertise, stock buying power and sales contacts that the Pump Technology team can bring to the new association.

Mr Brownlee said: “My team work hard and play hard and are not frightened to invest.”

LeeSan’s retiring managing director Chris Coburn will act as a consultant to the business.
