HAMPSHIRE supermarket staff have raised more than £25,000 for charity.
Workers at Tesco’s superstores in Winchester, New Milton and Aldershot have raised the cash for the store’s charity partner Diabetes UK.
Staff at all of the supermarkets took on challenges and held fundraising events which included raffles, gala evenings and non-uniform days.
Diabetes UK South East regional manager Jill Steaton said: “We’re delighted there are three top fundraising stores in Hampshire.
“The Tesco colleagues at Aldershot, New Milton and Winchester stores have really embraced the partnership and organised some great events to help raise this incredible amount.”
