YOUNG entrepreneurs went head to head as they showcased their ideas and inventions.
CRE8, a company from Barton Peveril Sixth Form College, were crowned champions in the competition by Young Enterprise Companies Programme after they produced tie-dyed T-shirts.
They had gone up against companies started by students at Fareham Academy, The Henry Beaufort School in Winchester and Churcher’s College in Petersfield.
The five companies each developed and marketed their goods and then sold them at a trade fair at WestQuay Shopping Centre, in Southampton.
Alison Evans and Lisa Riley from John Lewis were on hand to give tips and judge the best stand.
