HR Solutions is a finalists in three prestigious awards
HR Solutions has not only been shortlisted in two categories of the Working Mums Top Employer Awards 2013, but it is also a finalists in the INSPIRE13 Business Awards.
Of the eight categories in the Working Mums Awards, HR Solutions has been shortlisted in the SME 1-25 employees and Talent Attraction categories, while for the INSPIRE awards, the firm as finalists in the Small Business of the Year Award.
Understandably, HR Solutions managing director Laura Davis, who is based at Grove House, in Chineham, is delighted with the news which, in many ways, is payback for the hard work she has put into building the company since its formation in 2004.
The business grew steadily in the first few years until Laura acted on her hunch that there must be many experienced HR professionals who have taken career breaks to raise families, who may not have been able to get back on the corporate treadmill.
Laura developed the HRS Flexible Working Hour’s model giving all team members the flexibility to manage their working lives around their family commitments.
The business has grown significantly over the years and Laura now has a team of highly qualified and very loyal HR specialists.
Laura said: “We are thrilled to be shortlisted in three categories of such prestigious awards. “We have always been very committed to employing the very best talent for the business and realised very early on that many of those skills were held by mums.
“Our Flexible Working Hour’s model has worked well for the team, the business and most importantly, our clients, who report how much they appreciate being able to contact consultants at flexible times.”
HR Solutions now has to wait until November 5, to find out the results of the Working Mums Awards and November 21 for the Inspire13 Business Awards.
