A bright pink taxi will drive business to Chineham Park
A CAMPAIGN to boost awareness of a Basingstoke business estate is definitely on the move.
A taxi has been liveried in the colours and logo of Chineham Park as part of a drive to boost awareness of the successful business park.
Rupert Batho, managing director of Chineham Park, explained: “We are developing all aspects of our branding, with a comprehensive signage upgrade, sponsoring a roundabout and now using a cab to carry our promotional messages around the region.
“Our taxi will be seen in key locations, such as Basingstoke train station, and will also travel further afield to Heathrow and London.”
He added: “Chineham Park is home to five Fortune 500 companies which operate in this thriving business community.
“As an integral part of the technology cluster in Basingstoke, over 50 per cent of our customers are involved in IT, ranging from app developers to IT equipment resellers.
“By advertising on a taxi, we can reinforce our brand both locally and also to visitors to the town.”
