TWO Hampshire properties formerly owned by the Environment Agency have been sold for £115,000.
The redundant workshop and a two-storey cottage-style building on the edge of the New Forest fetched the sum at an auction.
The premises, on the south side of the River Avon, in Fordingbridge, were among 15 lots sold by regional land and property auctioneers Clive Emson.
Nine lock-up garages in a residential street in Gosport sold for a total of £59,000, while a three-storey building at Rowner Lane, also in Gosport, fetched £174,000.
Clive Emson’s next regional auction will take place at the Ageas Bowl, in West End, on Friday March 22.
