WAKEHAM Penelope Constance Artist Lover and Wife of Vernon Loving Mother of Mark, Phillip and Kate Passed away on 14th July 2018 after a 3 year battle with cancer A Celebration of Penny's life will be held at Test Valley Crematorium on Monday 30th July at 12.15pm and afterwards at her Gallery in Stonemasons Court, Parchment Street, Winchester Vernon, Phillip and Kate extend their welcome to any of her friends that we have not been able to contact to join us.
