MOORE Jocelyn Ann sadly passed away on 6th March 2018 aged 75. Dearly loved mum to Rachel, Philip, Roger and Robert and nanny to Holly, Grace, Charlie and Emily. In our hearts forever and missed every day. Funeral at St Mary's Church, Kings Worthy on Monday 19th March at 12 noon.
