BARTER Phyllis Audrey Passed away peacefully in the Royal Hampshire County Hospital on 5th May 2017; aged 88. Wife of the late Fred, she will be greatly missed by daughters Janice, Margaret, Nova and their families. Funeral service at Basingstoke Crematorium on Thursday 1st June at 2.00pm.
