HOLMES Jayne passed away at home in Winchester aged 58 years. Beloved mother of Lucy, Zoe and Joe, and nanny to Alfie, Harrison, Lilly, Clayton and Lewis. She will be sadly missed. ---------- Service at Southampton Crematorium, East Chapel on Friday 28th October at 12.30 pm. Please wear white or bright clothing. Family flowers only.
