HALE Revd Canon Dennis Ernest M.B.E.
known to all as Jim Passed away peacefully at the
Countess Mountbatten Hospice on
Monday 9th June 2008,
after a short illness. During his long life, he was a Priest,
Teacher, Scouter, Governor of Schools,
Chair of the Board of Governors at
King Alfred's and Life member of the
Court of the University of Southampton. He was a good, kindly man and a loyal, loving friend, and will be greatly missed by many. At peace with the Lord, whom he loved. Funeral at St Mary's Church,
