ALAN MERRITT AND FAMILY Would like to extend their gratitude to all the wonderful people who have sent cards, letters, flowers, also the beautiful phone calls, telling of unknown little things that Jean has done for so many people. All the lovely staff of Friars gate and Royal Hampshire County Hospital for the care and affection Jean recieved in the last five years was second to none. Our family did not realise that we shared Jean with so many wonderful peop[le. The old saying, family your stuck with, friends you can choose! We have welcomed all of you into our family forever. JOHN ROLFE Who died 28th July. Betty and son Andrew would like to Thank all those who cared for John through a long struggle with Parkinsons Disease and Diabetes, the carers who looked after him at home for 6 months before he went to his nursing home, the doctors at St Clements Surgery, district nurses. Thanks also for the many kind messages of condolence that we have received, and the donations to the Parkinsons Disease Society. God bless you all.
