HORNBY Doris Of Otterbourne, sadly passed away unexpectedly on Monday July 6th at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital. Loving aunt to her brother Arthur's children, Diane King and Pamela Suddens, her sister Irene's sons Trevor and Geoffrey and great aunt to Alexander, Andrew, Wesley and Carys, she will be sadly missed. Doris, who never married, devoted her life to her family; was active in the Otterbourne Women's Institute and a dedicated member of the congregation of St. Matthew's. In recent months she lovingly cared for her sister Irene Odell, who sadly passed away herself just two days before Doris, on July 4th. In respect of their lifelong commitment to each other, the family will be holding a joint funeral for Irene and Doris on Tuesday July 14th, at 2.30 p.m. in St Matthew's Church Ottorbourne. ---------------------------- In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Marie Curie Cancer Care.
