FELTON Dorothy wishes to express her sincere thanks to family and friends for the many cards, flowers and generous donations received also for the immense support given during Philip's long illness and following his death on the 25th December 2008. A very special thanks to Dr. Franciscus Berkelaar, Mr Andrew Adamson, Laura and her team, the Marie Curie and McMillan nurses, and all who were involved with Philip's medical care. Thank you also to the Rev Bryan Taphouse and Father John Catlin for con- celebrating Philip's Funeral and Celebration Service at Romsey Abbey. Requiescat in pace
