FELTON Philip Leonard Most beloved husband of Dorothy. Born in Romsey on 5th May 1921, died on Christmas Day 2008. Philip served with Southampton City and Hampshire Police Force. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday 7th January at Romsey Abbey at 1.15 p.m. Private cremation to follow.
