SMITH Ursula (nee Forster, formerly Samuel then Mills) Died on the 22nd December, 2008 just four months short of her 100th birthday. Since the late 1980's she had been living in a Hanover Trust sheltered flat in Winchester with her third husband, David Smith until his death some years ago. For the last few years she has been living very happily in a care home in Winchester where she died following a short illness. She leaves three children, Margaret, Maureen & Robert, eight grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
