FREEMANTLE
Pauline  Stalwart of St Thomas' Church, Fair Oak
And The Community Passed away suddenly but peacefully
at home in Fair Oak. Aged 76 years.  Reunited with husband Len  Dearest Mum of Stephen, Helen,
Robert, Sharon and Mary.
Loving Granny of Matthew, Christopher,
Nicola and Oliver. Great Granny of Kayleigh,
Kirsty, Ashleigh, Grace and Kobe.  Funeral Service in celebration of Pauline's life
will take place at St Thomas' Church, Fair Oak,
on Thursday 14th August 2008
at 12.00 noon.  Followed by private cremation.  Family flowers only, but donations
if desired made payable to
