Deaths STROUD.
STROUD. Cecelia Dawn. On 10th April, 2004, in hospital, aged 59 years. Beloved wife of Bryan, mother of Justin and Nicholas, mother-in-law to Donna and Olivia and gran to Chlöe, Bethany, Alex , Kurtis and Conner. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. "Heaven has a new angel". Funeral Service at St. Luke's Church on Friday, 23rd April, at 2.00 p.m. followed by burial at Magdalen Hill Cemetery. Flowers to Jno. Steel & Son, Chesil House, Winchester, SO23 0HU.
