PLANS for two six bedroom homes in Hampshire have been recommended for refusal by planners.
Reilly Developments want to build the homes at Highcroft in Love Lane, Twyford near Winchester.
However Winchester City Council planning officers say goes against planning policies and is harmful to the rural character of the area.
There have been three letters of objection to the scheme, and concerns raised include the homes being too tall and imposing, and the ecological impact on bats and badgers.
The plans will be discussed at the next Winchester City Council Planning Committee on July 27.
