IT IS business as usual for the Winchester leisure centre that was forced to close last week due to flooding.

River Park Leisure Centre closed on February 10 at 11pm following concerns about adverse weather conditions and flooding.

The centre, close to the River Itchen, reopened as of 12pm yesterday (February 17).

Does that mean St Bede school may open? The school are reporting the inside has no flooding. Park Avenue and Riverpark leisure centre now flood free. Why not the school?
