ONE application was refused by Winchester City Council planning officers this week. 

Scott McKibben's application was refused for dormer windows for a loft conversion at 37 Alison Way, Winchester. 

Two applications were withdrawn.

Messrs Jake and Nic Sanders - Rhodes withdrew an application for single and two storey extensions and associated alterations to dwelling to include a new garden store and vehicular / pedestrian access. This was at Century House, Springvale Avenue, in Kings Worthy. 

Jamie Brookes' application for a certificate of lawfulness of proposed roof replacement was withdrawn at The Old Farmhouse, Cripstead Lane. 

All other applications were permitted.

In Bishop's Waltham, Neil Ives can have a two storey extension at 2 Hope Cottage, Winchester Road. 

Mr Lau had an application permitted to replace an existing conservatory to the rear of the property at 2 Gordon Villas, The Avenue. 

In Kings Worthy, Francesca Forster can have an extension to the rear and side of existing dwelling at 11 Wesley Road. 

Aaron Tilley, in Soberton, had an application permitted for ground floor extensions to an existing outbuilding and use as residential annex at Rose Thicket, Hoe Street. 

Matthew Street's application was permitted for a heat pump at 2 Widley Walk, Purbrook. 

In Swanmore, Mr and Mrs Gautier had an application permitted for a single storey rear/side extension at Ivy Cottage, Lower Chase Road. 

Daran Adams, in Upham, had an application permitted for work at Park Cottage, Wintershill. 

In Winchester, Mr and Mrs Hooker can have a two storey extension, single storey rear extension and partial garage conversion at 19 Stoke Road.
